🧸 Unboxing and Care Instructions for Your New Companion 🧸

Bringing home a new Plushpanion is an exciting moment!

To ensure a smooth arrival and a happy, huggable friend,

follow these simple steps when unboxing your new Plushpanion.

Carefully Open the Box Gently use scissors to cut the outer packaging, to avoid accidentally cutting through into the box itself. Take your time!
Gently Remove Your Plushpanion Instead of pulling on one area, like an ear or an arm, lift your plush evenly to avoid unnecessary stress on your new companion.
Inspect Your Plush Look over your Plushpanion to ensure they arrived safely. Check for any rips, tears, or stitching issues — though rare, anything can happen in shipping, so we want to make sure your companion is in top shape!
Read, Then Remove, Any Hang Tags Your Plushpanion's hang tag includes safety information and fun character details. Once you've read everything, carefully remove any non-sewn tags to prevent accidental snags during playtime. Don't forget to keep your Plushport*, that's where you can fill out their given nickname, and the day you first met!
Massage Fabric We use recycled fasteners for hang tags and props. These fasteners are thick and can appear to leave larger holes in more delicate fabric. These piercings shrink back on their own, over time, but to speed up the process we recommend massaging the areas.

Squish Into Shape Plushies sometimes need a little reshaping after their journey — have you ever sat too long while traveling and needed to stretch? Same thing here! Gently squeeze the sides of their head and body, then press the top and bottom to help them regain their intended shape.
