Reach out to our Customer Support team by submitting a ticket, or by emailing hello@plushpanions.eco to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Return the Product:

Once your order has been approved for a refund submission, by Plushpanions support, all original contents of the order must be repackaged (preferably in its original packaging) and dropped off at the parcel service of your choice within 5 - 7 business days after return approval. If your return drop off is not made within the required timeframe, your return may be denied.​​

*Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. If you are provided with a trackable link, include this in your opened ticket with Plushpanions Support.

Product Inspection:

Once all items within the return have been received, products will be examined for damage, odors, and overall integrity. Once examined, Quality Control will determine if your refund will be approved or denied, based on the integrity of the product upon arrival, in addition to claimed issues within the ticket.
