Schedule your Plushpanion for a getaway, with our Wellness Center!

Whether it's weather, playtime, or a simple accident, plushies can be hurt by even the smallest things. In these times it's important to remember that the best solution to wear and tear, is a relaxing vacation! So if your Plushpanion has a cut, bruise, or simply needs a good bath, pamper your plush at our Wellness Center.

Our Wellness Center aims to provide an in-house solution to damaged plushies. Rather than worrying about "what to do" when your treasured plush gets an arm pulled out of place.

When you schedule with our Wellness Center, you're sending your Plushpanion to us to mend all damages possible, and send them home rejuvenated!

Once your Wellness Center visit has been scheduled and paid for, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label. This label should be placed in the parcel that is carrying your companion on their travels to us. Once your Plushpanion arrives, their vacation begins!

"Wellness Check"

Upon arrival of your Plushpanion, they will be checked in and you will be notified. All companions go through a Wellness Check as soon as they arrive. During this check your plush is inspected for damages noted by you during their scheduling, as well as an overall internal and external examination by our team, to ensure they leave 100% healthy!

All noted damages are added to their Wellness Card. This card is kept with them, during their stay with us. The information on their wellness card is also passed along to you during their stay, as well as once they arrive home.

Once the Wellness Check is complete, the fun can begin!

Every Plushpanion's visit is different, because each one will have specific mending needs, but what stays the same is the quality of our care, in mending your plush.

"Mending"

As soon as they are checked in, your Plushpanion is sent for their first treatment, which is meant to address their biggest "stressor". This could be something as small as a rip, or a larger issue like a detached horn. During each stage of their treatment, you'll be sent photos of them along the way!*

You'll see them in a relaxing robe along their wellness journey —

an accessory they take home with them, after their visit!

Mending Massages

Sometimes your plush's stuffing gets into a funk, or they get a rip on their arm. To mend your friend, we use a fine needle to sew up any openings as invisibly as possible. Big scrapes or tears often result in visible stitches or patches, this can't be helped, but you and I get scars all the same and it is just a reminder of a memory that has now healed.

Spa Relaxation

Our spa provides baths that are for messy Plushpanions, who can't seem to keep the dirt off! We take delicate care to hand wash these companions. They're then hand-dried fully, to prevent any moisture and strange smells from sticking around.

Cold Plunge

This is a rare treatment, but becomes necessary if your Plushpanions "catches a bug". This requires a 48 hour freezing cold plunge, followed by a thorough inspection and restuffing.
