Wholesale Account Policy

1. Applying

To apply for a Wholesale Account, you must be a brick-and-mortar retailer business. Businesses that solely have an online or event-based presence will be rejected.

You can apply your business for a Wholesale Account by heading to our Wholesale Account page, and submitting an application. Applying does not guarantee the acceptance of a Wholesale Account.

If your business' application is accepted, orders placed before acceptance will be processed up to 72 business hours after official acceptance. If an order is placed through the Wholesale Shop, before a confirmation of acceptance has been sent to the business, the order will not be processed, and will instead be rejected and refunded.

3. Information We Collect

The personal and business information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your information.

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your personal or business name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

When you register for a Wholesale Account, we ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

By opting in to receive SMS messages from Plushpanions (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:

1. SMS Messaging Service
By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Plushpanions for order reminders, marketing messages, inquiry responses, and general two-way communication. Msg frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for any charges, errors, or delays in SMS delivery caused by your carrier or third-party service providers.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

4. How We Use Your Information

Plushpanions.eco follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Your business information is never directly sold, shared, or distributed by Plushpanions.eco.

5. GDPR Data Protection Rights

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your business and personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request that we complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your business and personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

6. Wholesale Orders

The Wholesale Shop and its discounts is only accessible to Wholesale Accounts. Only brick-and-mortar businesses can apply to our Wholesale Accounts.

If an order is placed as a single person entity, an online and/or event-only retailer, the order will be rejected.

If a previous wholesale order is found to have been placed by single person entity, an online and/or event-only retailer (any non-brick-and-mortar retailer), that order will be considered a "False Wholesale Order". Any and all False Wholesale Orders placed and processed will hold the purchaser liable for its full MSRP value in addition to a fee of $200, per false order placed.

The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) required for a Wholesale Order to be processed is 10 Plushpanions, which is equal to 2 Wholesale Bundles. Wholesale Bundles are the primary source of purchasing products from the Wholesale Shop.
